Types of RVs
There are various types of RVs. There are motorhomes that come in classes - A, B, C and then there are trailers - 5th Wheels, travel trailers and campers that hitch on to your vehicle.
I am at a crossroads between a Super Class C (bigger than a Class see, but not a Class A because of body build), Class C or a Class B+ (which is bigger than a Class B, not quite a C however) The image above is a Class B+ but some would put it into the smaller Class C range. It has two slide outs (meaning there are two areas that slide out to increase the space of the RV.
I'm thinking about the space needed for me and dogs and possibility my youngest daughter. It just depends on what she plans to do.
I don't want anything too big like a 35 foot RV. I'm thinking the perfect length is 30 feet. Some national parks don't allow large RVs into the park. And I can't see myself driving such a large object.
Here is video of me and my daughter going to a couple of RV dealers: https://youtu.be/8K_Zj-RFHRI
See you on the road!
