That RV Life
So in the middle of March while I was sick with the flu and then acute bronchitis, it dawned on me what I wanted to do with the remainder of my days. I want to travel the country in an RV. Now as strange as this may seem, it's really an appealing idea. I am going to sell my home and purchase an RV and go see what's going on.
Here's the thing, why should I wait until I retire at 67-70 years old to go do something I want to do at 46? What is life really about if you're always putting off the things you want to do because of what you think you should be doing? Yeah, I'm not about that life. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever! lol
I've given myself three to four years to set out on my journey. This is after my youngest child will have graduated high school. I will be fifty/fifty one and ready to REALLY live my life. Free and adventurous.
Since, I made this decision, every week I've committed to something to help me in moving closer to this journey. Cleaning out a draw, a closet, taking inventory of the things I own, drawing on a minimalist approach to life or saving a few dollars.
